Product Description

High PPM Oxygen Sensor Probe is used in open-hearth furnace, converter and refining mainly furnace, vacuum stove with in various steel-making stove molten steels, the scene of temperature and oxygen activity measures.

The key part of oxygen probe is oxygen half-cell, which is researched and developed by our company independently. The outer diameter of the paper tube is 38mm, and the tube thickness is 10mm. The total length is usual 900mm~1300mm.

Principle:

"Solid dielectric concentration cell oxygen-content test technology" is applied in oxygen sensor, which allows to measure the temperature and oxygen content of molten steel at the same time. Oxygen sensor consists of oxygen cell and thermocouple. Oxygen content can be calculated from the measured oxygen potential and temperature of the molten steel.

 

Features:

1) The oxygen activity of the molten steel can be measured directly and rapidly, which is helpful to determine the amount of the deoxidizing agent, and improve the operation of the deoxidation.

2) The oxygen sensor is easy to operate. Measurement results can be obtained just 5-10s after inserting it into the molten steel.

Transport and Storage

1. Be careful when assembling and removing the parts.
2. Keep dry in the transportational process.
3. The products should be put into cases and stored at warehouses where the relative humidity is less than 80%.
4. Keep the air flowing.
5. The air should not contain harmful gases which may corrode the products.
